Gary Morse (President/Founder)
Gary Morse holds 26 years experience in information technology, focusing on information security, network architecture, and new media. In particular, he is an expert in security assessments and penetration testing which uncover and identify serious, real world vulnerabilities used by malicious attackers against corporate networks.
Before founding Razorpoint Security Technologies in early 2001, Mr. Morse served in IT security and management positions for ConcreteMedia, Thaumaturgix, and IConCMT in New York City.

Prior to those positions, from 1989 to 1994 Gary led the technology effort for a state-of-the-art multi-national European information network for the international transportation industry.
Earlier in his career Gary held a number of SECRET DoD clearances while working on the development of tactical training systems for the US Air Force and Navy.
Currently, Mr. Morse holds multiple security certifications including ISC2's CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), ISACA's CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), and Check Point's NG/NGX CCSA & CCSE.
Kevin Durkin (Chief Financial Officer)
Kevin Durkin is a CPA with an MBA and has fourteen years of asset based financial services experience, during which he managed an internal field examination and verifications staff for a commercial bank and finance company.
He has considerable experience in due diligence, field examination, collateral monitoring, fraud investigation, and collateral liquidation.
Kevin is also an experienced instructor with the Commercial Finance Association / Field Examination School and an Adjunct Associate Professor at New York University teaching undergraduate accounting and finance.
Donald A. Yellen (Senior VP, Sales and Marketing)
Don Yellen brings a proven track record of success in the technology services space. Don is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with broad experience in IT services. Don has extensive experience selling security services and software, Internet services, outsourcing, hosting, network management, compliance applications and professional services to multiple vertical markets.
Sadat Chowdhury (Director, Software R&D)
Sadat joined Razorpoint Security Technologies, Inc. as Director of Software R&D in November 2006.
Prior to that, Sadat was a senior software development manager at Thaumaturgix, Inc. for nine and a half years. While there he successfully completed over a dozen major projects. The projects ranged from native systems software development on various platforms (Unix, Mac OS, and Windows), web application development, database modeling and management (Oracle, MySQL, and MS SQLServer).

The projects also varied in size from mid-size startups to large corporate brands.
In addition to his software architecture and development experience, Sadat has taken on part-time PhD research studies in biologically-inspired computational mechanisms. His dissertation research deals with computational systems based on evolution and genetics, or artificial life (ALIFE).
Dr. Kent D. Boklan (Director, Security Research)
Dr. Kent D. Boklan focuses on extending Razorpoint's capabilities in the research and analysis of security vulnerabilities. His work directly enhances Razorpoint's ability to ascertain vulnerability levels and develop specialized and effective initiatives for securing business environments.
Dr. Boklan is, by trade, a cryptologist and a mathematician. He designed his first public key cryptosystem in 1988 and worked for the National Security Agency (1996-1999) where he was professionalized as a Cryptologic Mathematician.

Dr. Boklan received his SB from MIT and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
He has published more than twenty research papers in cryptography and cryptanalysis (most CLASSIFIED), on mining large data sets and in analytic number theory.
Dr. Boklan lived in Iceland for 3 years where he spent much of his time correcting errors and identifying inversions in the sequencing of the human genome. He has taught at several schools including Vanderbilt University, MIT, the University of Michigan, the University of Iceland, NYU, and presently at Queens College and the CUNY Graduate Center. Dr. Boklan has provided cryptographic consulting services to several New York City agencies including the NYC Police Department, the Mayor's Office of Contract Services, the Department of Environmental Protection and DoITT.
