Gary Morse - President/Founder

Gary Morse has decades of experience in information technology, focusing on information security, network architecture, and new media. In particular, he is an expert in security assessments and penetration testing which uncover and identify serious, real world vulnerabilities used by malicious attackers against corporate networks.

Before founding Razorpoint Security Technologies in early 2001, Mr. Morse served in IT security and management positions for ConcreteMedia, Thaumaturgix, and IConCMT in New York City.

Prior to those positions, from 1989 to 1994 Gary led the technology effort for a state-of-the-art multi-national European information network for the international transportation industry.

Earlier in his career Gary held a number of SECRET DoD clearances while working on the development of tactical training systems for the US Air Force and Navy.

Currently, Mr. Morse holds multiple security certifications including ISC2's CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), ISACA's CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), and Check Point's NG/NGX CCSA & CCSE.

Tony Wong - Director of Technology

Tony Wong evolves and maintains Razorpoint's sophisticated global network architecture. He applies his 15 years of global, mission critical network expertise to Razorpoint's complex environment. Tony enables Razorpoint'ts system to be on the cutting edge for network security assessments, web application vulnerability analysis, attack simulation and execution, as well as virtualized global redundancy.

Prior to Razorpoint, Tony worked in the financial sector managing sensitive market data systems. These systems were utilized by many of the world's largest financial institutions.

Dr. Kent D. Boklan - Director of Security Research

Dr. Kent D. Boklan focuses on extending Razorpoint's capabilities in the research and analysis of security vulnerabilities. His work directly enhances Razorpoint's ability to ascertain vulnerability levels and develop specialized and effective initiatives for securing business environments.

Dr. Boklan is, by trade, a cryptologist and a mathematician. He designed his first public key cryptosystem in 1988 and worked for the National Security Agency (1996-1999) where he was professionalized as a Cryptologic Mathematician.

Dr. Boklan received his SB from MIT and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.

He has published more than twenty research papers in cryptography and cryptanalysis (most CLASSIFIED), on mining large data sets and in analytic number theory.

Dr. Boklan lived in Iceland for 3 years where he spent much of his time correcting errors and identifying inversions in the sequencing of the human genome. He has taught at several schools including Vanderbilt University, MIT, the University of Michigan, the University of Iceland, NYU, and presently at Queens College and the CUNY Graduate Center. Dr. Boklan has provided cryptographic consulting services to several New York City agencies including the NYC Police Department, the Mayor's Office of Contract Services, the Department of Environmental Protection and DoITT.

Kevin Durkin - Vice President of Finance

Kevin Durkin serves as Vice President of Finance for Razorpoint. He is directly responsible for capital strategies, evaluating new acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and for oversight of corporate financial operations. Kevin has over twenty years experience in accounting, financial management, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin holds an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. degree from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
